Teaching Philosophy
Teachers are given the responsibility of fostering clear expectations and respect for the individual, and the responsibility to ensure the continued development of a student in their care. Art can be used to meet these responsibilities; it helps create understanding and respect for individuals. Art is a tool of communication and expression of ideas. Visual communication can express feelings or ideas that maybe difficult to put into words and allows others to experience what is being communicated. I also believe that it is important for a teacher to continue their own development to be able to help students succeed. to improve throughout my career, I will further my own education and continue to develop my skills to be able to provide my students the best educational experience I can.
